Sauna Pal
Sauna Pal is a wellness, timing and session-tracking companion. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not emergency monitoring. Keep your phone outside sauna heat and moisture. Stop using the sauna and seek appropriate help if you feel unwell. Do not rely solely on app notifications for safety-critical timing.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether sauna use is appropriate for you and for following relevant professional advice, facility rules, device instructions and safety guidance. Custom times in the app are settings, not safety recommendations.

Do not misuse the website or app, attempt to interfere with their operation, access another person’s account, or use them unlawfully.
